South Korean car manufacturer, Hyundai will display Blue-Will in the event "North American International Auto Show in Detroit next week. This concept car became the forerunner to Hyundai hybrid to be launched late in 2011.Excerpted from the website Leftlanenews.com (5/1/10), Blue-Will is the actualization of the first to create a plug-in hybrid cars. In addition, these environmentally friendly cars to adopt Blue Hybrid Drive technology that had previously been exhibited in the arena "Los Angeles Auto Show" in 2008 ago.
With the latest technology, Hyundai, Blue-Will be driving a vehicle like a hybrid or pure electric cars. The manufacturer claims, the exhaust gas emissions to reach 55 mpg when driven by a hybrid fashion. While the plug-in hybrid mode, emissions reached 106 mpg, and have traveled 60 km over using pure electric power (battery management).
Blue-Will carry the 1.6-liter gasoline engine direct-injection four-cylinder capable of spraying 152 dk labor and one unit with a capacity of 100kw electric motor. For electricity supply, the car left the lithium-ion battery and replace it with a lithium polymer.
